Women, man up!

A lecture for women who want the job they have the skillset for.

A lot of women sound and look like little girls when they become insecure... When negotiating, in discussions, or when giving a presentation. The head is slightly tilted, and the voice is lowered and high-pitched. The solution, of course, is not for women to behave like men but for us to be ourselves. Become aware of how we react in stressful situations and what we need to do to take control of our voice and body language and achieve what we want!

I'm going to die if I have to give a speech!

"I get nervous, talk too fast, don't know what to make of my hands, and what if I blackout?"

These are some of the things that sometimes overwhelm us when we have to give a speech, make a presentation, go on TV, or speak in front of a lot of people.

Get the tools to overcome your challenges and control your body language, so you can be yourself and get your message across!

Are you ready to be on?

Most leaders need to be prepared to be on, anywhere, anytime. In front of employees, boards of directors, customers, and in the media without or with short preparation time. "You just have to be yourself," they might be told. It can be difficult to be yourself in a situation that feels unnatural and may trigger anxiety. It affects your body language, your voice, and ultimately whether your message comes across. Gain insight into what not to do and what you can do to communicate credibly! These are some of the things that sometimes overwhelm us when we have to give a speech, a presentation, go on TV, or attend a job interview. Get the tools to overcome your challenges and control your body language, so you can be yourself and get your message across!
